Easy Eyebrows

Hey Guys,
Here is a easy way to do your eyebrows, along with some tips and hints to make things easier and help you as much as I can :)

Now remember it is best to keep your eyebrows as natural as possible. Some eyebrows will only need a few stray hairs removed. Some may need re-shaping, especially if they are thick and bushy, if this is the case i would wax first to get rid of the bulk of hair.
Tip: Don't attempt to only tweeze bushy thick eyebrows, this is lengthy and can become painful!

Lets get started!
You will need:
-Wax (optional)
-Tweezers
-Ruler (or something straight to measure)
-Eye Pencil

A - This is where Tweezing should start.

B - This is the 'Apex' or 'Arch' where the Highest point of the brow should be.

C - This is the minimum length of the brow.

Tip: To ensure you measure accurately, use a 'Ruler' or something straight, even another eye pencil. between A&B should be the thickest part of the brow.

1. Hold your ruler against the flare of the nose and line it up with your 'tear duct' and mark your brow with your eye pencil to indicate point 'A'.
-remove all stray hairs before the mark made in point A, remove stray hairs from under the brow in between point A & B.
Tip: do not remove to many hairs from this area it should be the thickest part of the brow, removing to many hairs can give a Surprised look to your face and be hard to undo.

2. Place the Ruler diagonally from the 'Flare of the nose' to the 'edge of the eye' and mark with your eye pencil to indicate point 'C'.
- remove all hairs outside of point C, remove al stray hairs under the bulk of the brow in between point B & C.

3. Look directly ahead (Tip: use a mirror for this step if you are shaping your own eye brows.) hold your ruler to the 'flare of the nose' and line it with to your 'edge of iris'. Place a dot above the brown to mark the 'Apex' or 'Arch' as indicated in 'B'.
- point B should be the highest point of the brow, tweeze tray hairs to create definition to the natural arch. Tip: depending on your desired look may choose not to remove many hairs from this point to keep it natural looking.

Hints:
-Avoid over-tweezing above the brow. A few stray hairs are fine to remove but taking to much can leave an unnatural look to the brow.
-using an old tooth brush or brow comb, brush the eyebrows upwars and trim any long hairs, this will create a neat look, avoid removing long hairs as this ca create a patchy look!

FAB Facial

Hello girls/boys,
Why not indulge yourself with a simple FAB Facial!
This is a 'easy' step by step process to a 'at home' facial :D

before you begin, you will need-
-Cleanser
-Facial Scrub
-Bowl of boiling water
-Towel
-Facial Mask
-Cool Water
-Toner (Toning Lotion)
-Moisturiser
-Eye Cream
-Cotton wool/Cotton pads

STEP 1:
Apply cleanser to your face, take tine to massage into the face as it encourages a brighter complexion and can help reduce puffiness. Leave on for 1-2 minutes to give it time to dissolve grime, oils and stale makeup. Gently wipe off the cleanser with cotton wool (cotton pads).

STEP 2:
Dampen your skin with warm water. Gently massage a blob of facial scrub over your face in small circular motions (avoiding the eye area). This removes dead skin cells leaving your skin feeling smoother, it also prepares your skin for for the beneficial treatments ahead. Rinse off with warm water.

STEP 3:
Fill a bowl with boiling water, lean your face over the top placing a towel behind your head to capture steam. Stay there for up to 5minutes to allow the steam to warm and soften your skin. This will also open your pores, you can remove blackheads with 'tissue covered fingers' after this step.
AVOID this step if you have very sensitive skin or are prone to broken veins.

STEP 4:
Smooth on your face mask with your fingers. Choose a clay based mask if you have oily skin, or a moisturising one if you have dry to normal skin.
leave on for approx. 5minutes or as long as the instructions on the back of the bottle say.

STEP 5:
Rinse away facial mask with warm water, finish off with a few splashes of cool water to close your pores and freshen your skin ad pat dry with a towel.

STEP 6:
soak cotton wool (cotton pad) with toner, smooth over oily areas, such as nose, chin and forehead - also known as 'T-zone'.

STEP 7 :
Apply mosturiser to your hands and and gently rub together, then lightly pat your face with the moisturiser all over.

STEP 8:
Place a small amount of eye cream to the finger next to your 'Pinky finger' (this finger is used because it applies the least amount of pressure) dot it under your eyes and continue to do circular motions 'inwards' around your eyes. TIP: do not do circular motions 'outwards' around your eye as this pulls on the skin and encourages wrinkles.

ENJOY YOUR SMOOTH, FRESH FACE! x o x o

P.S. Do this once a month in-between normal skin cleansing routines to maintain beautiful skin.
